Valentine's Dinner Student Benefit

Our annual Valentine's Dinner Student Benefit is back and we are expecting this to be our biggest year yet! This will be a night with good food, a live auction, and great fellowship. Make plans to be there and get your tickets ASAP to secure your spot!

WHEN

This years event will take place on Sunday, February 15th - which is NOT Super Bowl Sunday. We will have two seperate dinners this year to accomodate all those who want to participate.

 
DINNER & ENTERTAINMENT - 4:30

This dinner will be hosted in the student center and will NOT include the live auction. This is designed for those who want to come, eat, fellowship, but do not intend to particpate in the auction. This is a way for everyone to still be able to be a part and support our students while also giving us needed space in the event center to prevent ovrcrowding. There will also be a brief time of entertainment at this dinner. Doors will open at 4:00 at the front of the student center for this dinner and dinner will be served at 4:30. 

DINNER & AUCTION - 5:00
 
This is the part of the event that DOES include our live auction. If you are someone who is intersted in particpating in the auction, this is the ticket for you! Doors will open at 4:30 and the meal will be served at 5:00 with the auction immedietly following.

FOOD

Each of the above dinners will be served the same delicious meal:

- BBQ Pulled Pork
- Grilled Chicken
- Mashed Potatos
- Baked Beans OR String Beans
- Mac n' Cheese
- Roll
- Ceasar Salad

STUDENTS SERVING

Our middle and high school students will be serving you all night long as all the money raised will go to support our student ministry. This will help us make upgrades to our student space, help us put on events, provide trip sponsorships for students in need, etc.

SPONSORSHIPS
 
We offer sponsorships as an oppurtunity for individuals or businesses to support our students by helping start the funds before eve event ever starts. Here are the levels of sponsorships:

1.) Bronze - $250 (2 free tickets)
2.) Silver - $500 (6 free tickets)
3.) Gold - $1,000 (12 free tickets)

You can pay for a sponsorship online or pay by check to Langston Baptist Church with " VALENTINES DINNER STUDENT BENEFIT" in the memo line.

Each sponsor will receieve the corresponding amount of free tickets for their sponsorship. You do not have to use all of those but they are availabale if you would like them. If you let us know ahgead of time how many you intend to use, we will reserve those seats for you so you can sit together with your guests.

We will also advertise the night of all those who sponsored to recognize those who gave generoulsy towards this event. 

FUNDRAISING GOAL
